How Order Tracking Works

After completing your purchase through snerkle.shop, you will receive an order confirmation with your order details.

2. Your Order Is Prepared

We process and prepare your furniture for shipment. Depending on the product, this may include packaging and arranging collection by our delivery provider.

3. Your Order Is Dispatched

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives your shipment.

4. Follow Your Delivery

Use the tracking information provided with your shipment to check the latest available delivery updates.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days within Australia, with free standard shipping.

If your order has already been dispatched but you haven't received tracking information, don't worry.
